ABOUT THE PROJECT 
The GIN was already considered 'old people beverage', a 70's thing, from the time our parents were young and a lot more of discredits. However, today it comes back on the scene as a strong expression of sophistication and good taste. Fortunately, right?
Around 2007, some of the renowned European chefs opted to finalize their work journey on warm days with a Gin Tonic glass with a lot of ice. To find the perfect way of appreciating this drink, they developed the recipes for the drinks menu. It was an instant success.
"Mutatis mutandis" is an expression coming from Latin that means, "changing what needs to be changed". The gin is a transparent liquid that suffers changes according to the drinks made with the mix of other beverages. All that gives it this changeable feature, something that we decided to insert into the brands' name, exploring the chameleon concept and its ability to change color. 
Anyway, we built the brand! Today it is one of the more known in the carioca scenario and walks to a national projection followed by a Mundial one.
